cookie - 1 Year Old Pit lab mix

Miss cookie was found on the freeway here in Fort Worth Texas in December 2018. A good samaritan was able to get the poor pit lab mix into her car and took her home. She had several dogs at her home already and could not keep her so she posted her on the NextDoor App. That’s when Cookie’s life changed forever. Jocelin saw this girl and just had to help. Jocelin picked up Cookie and brought her home. She quickly learned that Cookie was in heat and was very underweight. She took her to the vet for a check up and started getting her fed correctly. Jocelin found my daughter’s post and read that we did dog training and she contacted me. I went out for the first time Dec 31, 2018 to see them. Cookie didn’t really know much. She was just as sweet as could be and VERY shy. We used lots and lots of love and patience with her over the weeks. After 4 weeks this beauty has completely transformed. Cookie is a nice healthy weight, she knows Sit, Heal, Down, Go to bed, Quiet, Off, and even gets along with the cat! Jocelin’s call prompted me to open my business here in Fort Worth. She made me remember how much I love training and watching dogs like this transform. Thank you Jocelin for trusting my with your new fur baby. She is a very lucky girl and I’m thrilled you found each other and allowed me to be part of that happy ending!
